Jonathan Barquero is a propulsion engineer at Lúnasa Space. He holds a double MSc degree in “Astronautics & Space Engineering” from Cranfield University (UK) and “Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering” from ISAE-ESTACA (France).

He has worked on propulsion systems for nano-launchers, LEO to GEO orbit raising, large satellites operating in GEO orbit, and deep space missions. He has also researched nuclear electric propulsion for Mars missions during his MSc thesis.
